AccommodationsLodging in BoulderWe have arranged a special rate ($ 93 including breakfast) and a block of rooms at The Broker Inn, within walking distance of INSTAAR and the Workshop. Call or fax the Broker Inn directly to make your reservation. Reservations must be made by Feb. 13th at the Broker Inn to receive the workshop rate. Other options for lodging near INSTAAR are listed below. For additional details on these options or for more choices, see the lodging section at the Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau (warning: slow download) or a somewhat outdated INSTAAR hotel list. Graduate student presenters should share a room and arrange for seperate reciepts. If making reservations at the Broker Inn, be sure to state that you are a student attending the 32nd Arctic Workshop. When checking in to your hotel be sure to set up separate receipts for your shared occupancy room. Each student must have their own individual receipt in order to be reimbursed.
