Special negotiated Workshop rates are available at Best Western Boulder Inn.

  • $59 Single Queen Bed
  • $64 Two Queen Beds
  • Check-in Wednesday 15 March
  • Check-out Sunday 19 March

The Inn is within walking distance of the Workshop at INSTAAR (about 1.3 kilometers). "Warm, inviting rooms include: free high-speed wireless internet access, 27 inch TVs with HBO, private patio or balcony, free local calls, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and hair dryer. Complimentary deluxe continental breakfast included".

You can make your reservation directly with the Inn by internet, fax, or phone. All reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Any remaining unreserved rooms after 13 February will no longer be guaranteed for Workshop participants; the rate will be honored only if other hotel guests have not reserved the rooms.

  1. Go to the Best Western Check Rates and Availability page.
  2. Enter check-in date, number of nights, etc.
  3. Enter promotional code "INSTAAR" (without parentheses).
  4. Do not enter anything for "Preferred Rate Plan" and "Corporate ID Number."
  5. Continue your reservation.
