Exact deadline is 11:59 pm Mountain Time (Denver) on Wednesday 13 February.
Late registration after 13 February available for a higher fee.
No late abstracts accepted.
Fee
Registration Fee
- Free - Student Presenter
- $40 - Student Non-Presenter (no abstract submission)
- $75 - Professional Non-Presenter (no abstract submission)
- $150 - Professional Presenter
- $180 - late registrants (everyone after 13 February, no abstract submission)
Your registration fee covers: a printed Abstract volume and two box lunches. The fee for presenters also covers abstract submittal and a Thursday night dinner party. All student registrants can attend a free student party on Wednesday evening.
Optional Fees
- $30 - Extra printed Program & Abstracts volume
- $30 - Non-Presenters Only: Thurs. night workshop dinner party
- $30 - Everyone: Guest for Thurs. night workshop dinner party (only if bringing someone other than yourself)
Reduced fees for student volunteers
Student non-presenters can get in free if they volunteer to assist the workshop for at least 2 hours. Please contact us before registering.

Online System
Registration and online credit-card payment will be through our account on RegOnline, an independent company. The process will probably take about 5 minutes.
Please be sure to save your confirmation email. It contains a web address for submitting your abstract (in addition to other useful information).
If you are planning to attend the Arctic Workshop as well as the Saturday PAGES Working Group meeting, please mark the PAGES checkbox when you register.
After registering, you can make changes anytime by clicking the above button and choosing "Existing Registration". You can change your personal information, print reciepts, add a dinner guest, order an extra Program & Abstracts volume, make a substitution, cancel your registration, and see who else has registered.
Refund Information:
Participants canceling their registration by 13 February 2008 will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. Later cancellations will be charged a $60 fee. Cancellation must be sent by email to ArcticWS@colorado.edu or by regular mail to Wendy Roth, Arctic Workshop 2008.
