Lodging Details

  • You must share a room at the Best Western Boulder Inn.
  • There is no lodging support for other hotels.

When making hotel reservations, be sure to state the reference code of "INSTAAR" and that you are a student attending the 38th Arctic Workshop. Free lodging is not assured unless you make your reservation by the deadline. After that date, the free lodging will be offered only if rooms in our "block" are still available.

If you are traveling by yourself to the workshop and need a roommate to share hotel costs, please email ArcticWS@colorado.edu and we will attempt to connect you with others looking for a roommate. Let us know your situation (non-smoking vs. smoking, male vs. female, etc.)

Grad Party

Pizza and beer will be provided on Wednesday Evening, 05 March at INSTAAR (location to be determined; probably either RL-1, rm 269 or a meeting room at the Hotel.).
