Wed. Eve Reception

The pre-Workshop Reception is Wed evening 04 April, 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. There will be light food. You can check in or register too. Location: SEEC Building (Sustainability, Energy, and Environment Community). SEEC is located at 4001 Discovery Drive, Boulder.

Thurs. or Fri. Registration & Check In

Wednesday evening or Thursday morning

Check in or register during the Reception on Wednesday evening or before the start of the conference on Thursday morning. Upon check in, you will receive a packet of materials.

Giving a talk?

If possible, please load your PowerPoint presentations onto our mac or PC computer during the Reception Wedneday evening. Although there are additional opportunities to upload files on Thursday morning and during breaks, these time slots are short.

Giving a poster?

Please put up your poster as early as possible, preferably Thursday morning. And take it down at the end of the Workshop on Friday afternoon. Everyone will be given a poster time and location when you check-in. Thanks.

Student Party

Hang with your peers

An informal pizza party for all participants will be provided one of the evenings (TBD).

Thurs. morning to Fri. afternoon: Science sessions

The oral sessions and poster sessions will be held in SEEC (Sustainability, Energy, and Environment Community). The sessions will start on Thursday morning and finish before 5:00 PM on Friday. SEEC is located at 4001 Discovery Drive, Boulder.

The number and types of sessions as well as the finishing time will be determined after the abstract deadline.

Sessions

There are no a priori formalized topics beyond the above theme. The program will be organized in sessions developed from the abstracts submitted for presentation as well as special sessions promoted by attendees.

Special Sessions?

The Workshop encourages attendees to propose special sessions and asks that they gather at least several collaborators and colleagues to join them. Please email us with your ideas.

Group Meetings?

The Workshop can help arrange meetings that might precede or follow the Workshop. Please email us about your needs.
