Mass spec technician; carbon monoxide extraction.

Research Interests

I am interested in the carbon monoxide cycle in the atmosphere. Specifically, I want to measure the stable isotopes of carbon monoxide.

I am studying to obtain my masters of science degree in geology here at CU.  I recieved my undergraduate education in the geology department as well, and worked for several years in the stable isotope lab as a Mass Spec Technician before begining my graduate career.  I currently work with Jim White, Bruce Vaughn, and Vas Petrenko (currently at the University of Rochester).  My current work is creating an extraction system to remove CO from air and measure its mole fraction and isotopic ratios.
