Andrew D. Wickert

PhD Candidate, Earth-surface processes.

I study processes that affect the Earth's surface, fairly broadly-construed. In particular, I create reconstructions of landscapes and hydrologies over the last glacial cycle, study how river channels move sediment and change shape, model flexural isostasy and other processes that affect the Earth surface and stratigraphic record, investigate cliff retreat, and design and build new equipment to collect photos, videos, and data in the field.
