Research Interests

I research water resource vulnerabilities affected by changes to meltwater regimes in a changing climate.  Specifically, I aim to quantify hydrologic controls in remote, data scarce mountain environments at regional scales using satellite imagery and targeted field sampling.  My work focuses on water stresses in the Pamir and Tien Shan Mountains of Central Asia, the eastern Himalaya, and the Andes.
