Registration Process

All payments are handled online via our account with RegOnline, an independent company. The process takes about 5 minutes. You will need your credit card info.

Are you a prior attendee?

If your email address is recognized by the system, you can reuse or reset your previous workshop password to save time. Alternatively, you can start a new registration.

Will you be presenting?

Registering and submitting are two independent steps. Upon registering, you will be emailed a web page address (URL) for submitting your abstract. For the two steps, please use different logins and passwords.

Please consider attending the next annual Arctic Workshop.

Save your confirmation email. It contains a web address for submitting your abstract (in addition to other useful information).

After registering, you can login again later to change your information or add additional items (ie printed volume). Click the above button to go to the RegOnline page. Once there, click the link for "view or change existing registration".
