Fee

Before deadline:

$25 Student Presenter
$50 Arctic Indigenous Resident
$100 Student Non-Presenter
$150 Professional

After deadline:

No Abstract Submittal
$100 One-Day Late Registrant
$200 Late Registrant

Cost of registration includes:

Abstract submittal (only for presenters who have registered by the deadline).
Reception on Wednesday evening
Lunches on Thursday and Friday
Snacks and drinks during breaks
Wireless internet guest pass

Cancellation Policy

Participants canceling their registration by the deadline will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations between the deadline and March 23rd will be charged a $100 fee. Cancellations after March 23rd will not get a refund. Cancellation must be sent by email to arcticws@colorado.edu

Registration Process

All payments are handled online via our account with RegOnline, an independent company. The process takes about 5 minutes. You will need your credit card info.

Are you a prior attendee?

If your email address is recognized by the system, you can reuse or reset your previous workshop password to save time. Alternatively, you can start a new registration.

Will you be presenting?

Registering and submitting are two independent steps. Upon registering, you will be emailed a web page address (URL) for submitting your abstract. For the two steps, please use different logins and passwords.

LATE REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Late registration = Attendance but no abstract submittal.

After registering, you can login again later to change your information or add additional items (ie printed volume). If you included a RegOnline password, click the above button to go to the RegOnline page. Once there, click the link for "view or change existing registration". If you didn't set up a password, check your confirmation email for a link to "Review, change, or update your registration".
