After the deadline, the special rates of $119/night (King) and $129/night (2 Queen) will be offered only if our block of rooms are still available.

Everyone should make their own reservations and guarantee with their credit card. If you need help finding a roommate to reduce expenses, please email ArcticWS@colorado.edu.

When the page reloads, you should see the special discounted $119 and $129 group rates.

Walk, Bike, or Drive to the Workshop

The distance from the Inn to the MacAllister building on East Campus is about 1.5 miles (Sustainability, Energy, and Environment Complex - SEEC).

• Walking ~25 minutes
• Biking ~ 10 minutes
• Driving ~ 5 minutes

The Inn provides free bike use. Stop by the front desk and pick up a bike, helmet, and lock. Bikes are available during daylight hours and on a first-come first-serve basis.
