FREE - Supported Student Presenter (limited slots)
$175 - Student Presenter (after slots are taken)
$225 - Student (not presenting)
$275 - Professional
$275 - Late Registrant (everyone after deadline. You can attend all sessions but cannot submit an abstract).

A good deal

You'll pay as much as a typical meeting (ie AGU, AAG, GSA)... but at the Arctic Workshop you're also provided with many of your meals, snacks, and drinks, $190 worth!

Cost of registration includes:

Abstract submittal for presenters
Program & Abstracts volume on USB drive
Reception on Tuesday evening
Continental breakfast every day
Lunch every day
Banquet on Thursday evening
Snacks and drinks during breaks

Supported Student Presenters get the above and more:

FREE lodging at the Winter Park Hotel for up to 4 nights, must be between Tuesday - Friday nights and you must have a roomate (we can help you find one).
Wednesday Evening Beer and Pizza student party.

Sorry, but there is no support available for Student Presenters after our free slots are gone.

Optional Fees

$20 - Printed Program & Abstracts volume.
$40 - GUEST for Thursday evening Banquet (Your spouse, friend, etc).
$20 - GUEST for Thursday evening Banquet (Child).
$66 to $38 - Discount Lift Tickets for the Saturday post-Workshop SKI DAY. Price depends on age of the skier/boarder. See our Winter Park page for more details.

Online System

You need to register before you submit your abstract. All registrations and payments are handled online via our account with RegOnline, an independent company. The process will take about 5 minutes and works with smartphones too. You'll need your credit card (unless you are registering as a supported student presenter-Free),

Save your confirmation email. It contains a web address for submitting your abstract (in addition to other useful information).

After registering, you can login again later to change your information or add additional items (including ski tickets). Just click the above button and then click the "Already Registered" link.

Cancellation Policy

Participants cancelling their registration by the 15 February deadline will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Later cancellations will be charged a $200 fee. Cancellation must be sent by email to arcticws@colorado.edu
