You need to register first. Upon registering, you will be emailed a web page address (URL) for submitting your abstract via a second, independent process. For the two steps, please use different logins and passwords (yep, it's a hassle; but it helps with spammers and hackers).
All registrations and payments are handled online via our account with RegOnline, an independent company. We've successfully used them for years. The process will take about 5-10 minutes and works with smartphones too. You'll need your credit card info.
If you attended a prior workshop in Boulder or Winter Park, your email address will be recognized and you can reuse or reset your previous password to automatically fill in your basic info. Alternatively, you can start a new registration.
Save your confirmation email. It contains a web address for submitting your abstract (in addition to other useful information).
After registering, you can login again later to change your information or add additional items (including $25 field trip). Just click the above button and then click the "Already Registered" link.
