Winter Park Hotel
The hotel is located just across the road from the Ski Resort and its base village. The village includes more resort lodging, shopping, restaurants, residential units, a skating/fishing pond, and open-aired gondola. Shopping and dining is located right at the base of the mountain. Free shuttle service is available to the village as well as for the several-mile-long trip to the town of Winter Park.

Free wireless internet access is available throughout the Hotel (much better coverage and quality than 2010 Workshop).

After the deadline, the special rate will be offered only if rooms are still available.
Everyone except Supported Student Presenters should make their own reservations and guarantee with their credit card. Supported Student Presenters should visit the Student Support page for instructions.
Group Rates: $75-$82 for one or two people (cost depends on view, forest vs mountain). Third and fourth person rates are an additional $15.00 per person.
Check-In/Check-Out: The hotel will offer the group discount rate for your whole stay, including those who arrive early or stay late (to ski).
Group code: call toll free 866 726-5151 or email sales@winterparkhotel.com. Use reference code3GN7W8 or 3GN7W9. If you forget the code, you can ask for the "University of Colorado at Boulder INSTAAR" rate. Sorry, but you cannot make your reservations online and get the group rate.

Group Rate Options
Mountain View
$82 for one or two people. Third and fourth person rates are an additional $15.00 per person.
Forest View
$75 for one or two people. Third and fourth person rates are an additional $15.00 per person.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 25% of lodging total is due at time of booking for the Workshop group rate. Full payment for reservation is due 21 days prior to arrival. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment.
If cancelling before the Workshop group rate deadline, a 10% cancellation fee applies. Canceling after the deadline means all money paid is non-refundable. After final payment is made, this reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.
